Batid po namin ang kasabikan at suporta ng ating mga kabataan at mamamayan sa programang ito. Gayunpaman, sa gitna ng kinahaharap na krisis ng bansa, mas nararapat lamang na maging responsable, maingat, at makabuluhan ang paggamit ng pondo at enerhiya ng ating pamahalaan, kabilang ang Sangguniang Kabataan.

Sa kabila nito, nais po naming tiyakin na ang bawat SK sa bayan ng Rosario ay patuloy na magpapatupad ng mga programang napapanahon, makabuluhan, at direktang makatutugon sa pangangailangan ng ating mga kabataan sa kasalukuyang sitwasyon.
