We are now accepting applications for the 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 (𝗠𝗘𝗔𝗣) for the upcoming School Year 2026-2027.

This program is open to poor and deserving students who are residents of Rosario. Check below to see if you qualify and what you need to prepare.

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆? 🤔
1. Must be a resident of Rosario, La Union.
2. Must not have any existing scholarship grant from other government agencies. (National and Local)
3. Must maintain a weighted average of at least 85% with no grade lower than 80 in any course.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀:
1. MEAP Application Form (Form 1A)
2. Report Card / Class Card / Certification of Grades SY 2025-2026
3. Certificate of Enrollment SY 2026-2027
4. Endorsement from Punong Barangay
5. Certificate of Indigency from Barangay
6. Affidavit of Non-Filing of Income Tax Return
7. Letter of intent addressed to the Honorable Mayor
8. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
9. Printed picture of the student planting (5) fruit-bearing seedlings.

Barangay Bani Sangguniang Kabataan Official 💙

As another school year begins, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Bani is once again ready to support and inspire our youth in their educational journey. Education is a powerful tool that opens opportunities, builds dreams, and shapes a brighter future for every student. ✏️📖🎒

With this, we are proud to launch our “Balik Eskwela Program 2026” — a simple initiative with a meaningful purpose: to help students prepare for the upcoming academic year while promoting unity, responsibility, and community involvement. 🤝💡

📌 This program is open for:
• (20) Junior High School Students
• (20) Senior High School Students
• (20) College Students

📍 Qualified Beneficiaries:
• Students aged 15–30 years old
• Must be a bona fide resident of Barangay Bani
• Currently enrolled or incoming student for Academic Year 2026–2027

🗓️ Last Day of Registration: June 3, 2026

📢 Qualified beneficiaries and official list of students will be posted soon.
📢 Distribution of educational supplies will also be announced soon.

⚠️ NOTE: STRICTLY NO REPRESENTATIVES ALLOWED
Claiming of educational supplies must be done personally by the student-beneficiary.

🏠 Strictly one (1) recipient only per household.

School supplies are limited only and will be distributed on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Only students who successfully register through our official Google Form will be accommodated and entertained. Please make sure to complete your registration on time to secure your slot. 📚✨

🌱 COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT:
As part of this initiative, beneficiaries are required to participate in the Clean-Up Drive on June 6, 2026, Saturday, in exchange for their educational supplies.

This activity aims to encourage environmental responsibility, volunteerism, and active community participation among the youth of Barangay Bani. 🤝♻️
