On behalf of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Region IV-A (CALABARZON) Regional Office (the โDICT CALABARZON Regional Officeโ), we are pleased to invite your Local Government Unit (LGU) to participate in the eLGU Webinar entitled โThrough the Lens of the Filipino Business Owner: An eLGU Citizen Access Overviewโ to be conducted on 26 May 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, via online conferencing, in celebration of the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month.
The webinar aims to provide participants with a comprehensive overview of the eLGU Citizen Access platform and its role in simplifying government transactions at the local level. The activity will present the platform from the perspective of business users, highlighting how the system can support faster, more convenient, and more accessible processing of LGU-related services and transactions.
The session will include a walkthrough of the eLGU Citizen Access platform, covering account registration, system navigation, application procedures, and the available online services relevant to business owners. It will also discuss the benefits of digital government services in improving transaction efficiency, reducing processing time, and promoting ease of doing business within local government units.
