As part of the celebration of the 126𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 (𝐏𝐂𝐒𝐀), the Municipal Government of Rosario, Batangas, under the leadership of 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐋𝐞𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐨 “𝐊𝐮𝐲𝐚 𝐋𝐞𝐨𝐯𝐲” 𝐊. 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐞, through the Office of the Municipal Mayor and the Business Permit and Licensing Section, successfully conducted Goto-Licious: Lutong Pinoy ng Kawani on September 3, 2026 at the Don Antonino B. Luansing Memorial Plaza,Poblacion B, Rosario, Batangas.

The exciting cooking competition brought together four teams who showcased their culinary creativity, teamwork, resourcefulness, and passion for one of the Philippines’ beloved comfort foods—goto! 🍲🇵🇭

As part of the celebration of the 126𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 (𝐏𝐂𝐒𝐀), the Municipal Government of Rosario, Batangas, under the leadership of 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐋𝐞𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐨 “𝐊𝐮𝐲𝐚 𝐋𝐞𝐨𝐯𝐲” 𝐊. 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐞, through the Office of the Municipal Mayor and the Business Permit and Licensing Section, successfully conducted the Palarong Pinoy ng Kawani on September 3, 2026 at the Don Antonino B. The activity brought together four competing groups in a fun-filled celebration of teamwork, camaraderie, sportsmanship, and the Filipino spirit of bayanihan. 🤝

After an exciting series of traditional Filipino games, the participating groups achieved the following rankings:

As part of the celebration of the 126𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 (𝐏𝐂𝐒𝐀), the Municipal Government of Rosario, Batangas, under the leadership of 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐋𝐞𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐨 “𝐊𝐮𝐲𝐚 𝐋𝐞𝐨𝐯𝐲” 𝐊. 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐞, through the Municipal Veterinary Office, in partnership with the Provincial Veterinary Office of Batangas, successfully conducted the Spay and Neuter Program for Dogs and Cats on September 2, 2026, at the New Municipal Veterinary Office, Poblacion B, Rosario, Batangas. 🐶🐱

A total of 27 cats and dogs received free spay and neuter services, promoting responsible pet ownership and contributing to the health, welfare, and protection of our beloved companion animals. ❤️🐾

Guided by the 126𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐂𝐒𝐀 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞, “𝐁𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐭 𝐊𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐢, 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐤𝐨𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐢: 𝐏𝐮𝐬𝐨, 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧,” this initiative reflects the commitment of our public servants to providing meaningful and compassionate service to the community—even to our furry friends. 🐾💙

The Municipal Government of Rosario, Batangas, proudly joins the nation in celebrating the 126𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 (𝐏𝐂𝐒𝐀) 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞, “𝐏𝐮𝐬𝐨, 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥, 𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧.”

The celebration officially kicked off with a Flag-Raising Ceremony, followed by the Kick-Off Parade, an energetic Zumba session led by Coach Marvin J. Pedrita and Coach Glenda A. Buquir, Torch Lighting, and the Oath of Sportsmanship led by Jamir Paul G. Araño, player of the Arellano Braves of Arellano University Basketball Team.

The opening program continued with the warm welcome remarks of 𝐃𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐑. 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚, Municipal Administrator, who highlighted the significance of the 126th PCSA as an opportunity to recognize and honor the dedication, commitment, and valuable contributions of government employees. She emphasized that public service is more than fulfilling responsibilities—it is a commitment to serve with heart, integrity, excellence, and genuine concern for the community.

An inspirational message was also delivered by 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐋𝐞𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐨" 𝐊𝐮𝐲𝐚 𝐋𝐞𝐨𝐯𝐲" 𝐊. 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐞, Municipal Mayor, who expressed his sincere appreciation for the dedication and hard work of the municipality’s public servants. He emphasized that the accomplishments of the Municipal Government of Rosario are made possible through the collective efforts, commitment, cooperation, and unity of every employee and public servant.

The program also featured an overview of the month-long activities for the 126th PCSA, delivered by 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐨 𝐄𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐕𝐨𝐧 𝐌. 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐚, Municipal Legal Officer/OIC-HRMO, who also invited everyone to actively participate and join in the various activities prepared for the celebration.

Adding energy and excitement to the celebration was a special production number by Heart Motions Dance Connect, setting the stage for the much-awaited Cheerdance Competition, where four teams showcased their passion, creativity, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Highlights of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA)

In line with the theme “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal at Galing para sa Bayan,” the Municipal Government of Rosario, Batangas proudly joins the nationwide celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) through a series of meaningful, engaging, and inspiring activities dedicated to all our hardworking government employees.

This celebration is a tribute to the unwavering commitment, integrity, and excellence of every public servant who continues to serve with puso, dangal, at galing para sa bayan. It is also an opportunity to strengthen unity, promote wellness, recognize exemplary service, and foster camaraderie among the men and women of the Municipal Government of Rosario.
