Today, we mourn the loss of one of our own.

Nakikiisa ang buong Pamahalaang Bayan ng Rosales sa pagdadalamhati sa pagpanaw ni Honorable Councilor Joselito “Lito” A. Cariño, miyembro ng Sangguniang Bayan ng Rosales.

Sa kanyang pagpanaw, nawalan ang ating bayan ng isang kasamahan at lingkod-bayan na naglaan ng kanyang panahon, malasakit, at serbisyo para sa mga Rosalenian.

His dedication to public service and the years he spent serving our community will be remembered with gratitude and respect. Ang kanyang mga naging ambag at mga alaalang iniwan sa kanyang mga nakasama sa paglilingkod ay mananatiling bahagi ng kanyang legasiya sa bayan ng Rosales.

Our heartfelt condolences and prayers are with the Cariño family and everyone grieving his loss. Nawa’y pagkalooban sila ng Panginoon ng lakas at kapanatagan sa panahon ng kanilang pagdadalamhati.

APPROVED BUDGET ✅

Out of the 37 barangays in the Municipality of Rosales, only 9 barangays successfully submitted their complete 12/12 Transmittals for Fiscal Year 2025—and we are proud to share that the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Luis is one of them.

This achievement reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and responsible leadership in serving the youth and our community.
We are also delighted to announce the successful conduct of our Annual Budget Hearing for Fiscal Year 2026.

To everyone who supported and contributed to this milestone, thank you. We remain committed to delivering honest, dedicated, and effective public service.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. San Luis is officially inviting all interested players to join the tryouts for the RUSAC Midget Basketball Competition.

• Open to residents of Brgy. San Luis
• 12 years old and below only

This is your chance to showcase your talent, discipline, teamwork, and passion for basketball as you compete for an opportunity to represent our barangay on the court. 🔥🏆
