Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 129, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 19, 2026:

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Offline pa rin po tayo tomorrow.

Bilang pagsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 129, ipinatutupad ang Alternative Work Arrangements (AWA) sa lahat ng government offices sa buong Lalawigan ng Rizal bukas, August 19, 2026 (Wednesday).

Samantala, ipatutupad ang Alternative Learning Modes at learning continuity measures para sa lahat ng antas (ALL LEVELS) sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan.

Mananatiling bukas ang mga tanggapang nagbibigay ng basic at health services, disaster preparedness and response, emergency response, at iba pang vital services na kinakailangan sa panahon ng sakuna.

Ang pagsususpinde ng trabaho o pagpapatupad ng alternative work arrangements sa private sector ay ipinauubaya sa kanilang management.

Patuloy na mag-ingat at manatiling updated sa mga opisyal na abiso. 🙏🏻

Ayon sa inilabas na Memorandum Circular No. 126, sa lahat ng klase, ALL LEVELS (Public & Private) pati na rin ang trabaho sa lahat ng GOVERNMENT OFFICES sa buong Lalawigan ng Rizal ngayong araw, August 14, 2026, Friday, dahil sa posibleng malakas na pag-uulan dulot ng Habagat (Southwest Monsoon).

Mananatiling bukas ang mga tanggapan na nagbibigay ng serbisyong medikal, disaster at emergency response, at iba pang basic and essential services na kinakailangan sa panahon ng sakuna.

Ipinauubaya naman ang suspension ng trabaho sa mga pribadong kumpanya sa kanilang management.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 123 issued by the Office of the President, LTO offices in the following provinces will implement a work-from-home arrangement on August 10, 2026, due to the continued heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

The public is advised to monitor LTO official channels for further announcements.

𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝐒𝐀 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐎

Nais ipabatid ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) CALABARZON na nagpapatuloy pa rin ang maintenance activity ng online system ng ahensya at nangangailangan pa ng karagdagang troubleshooting upang matiyak ang ganap nitong kaayusan.

Dahil dito, pansamantalang hindi magagamit ang online services ng LTO sa lahat ng tanggapan sa CALABARZON.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat ng kliyente na huwag munang magsagawa ng anumang transaction upang maiwasan ang mga posibleng aberya, kabilang ang hindi kumpletong pagproseso ng transaksyon at ang hindi pagkakatugma sa mga rekord gaya ng Official Receipt at iba pang kaugnay na dokumento.

Maglalabas ang LTO ng panibagong abiso sa oras na maibalik ang normal na operasyon ng sistema.

Pansamantalang offline ang Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) dahil sa nararanasan na technical issue, ngayong araw ika-3 Hunyo 2026.

Sa kasalukuyan, pansamantalang tigil operasyon ang mga sumusunod na serbisyo:

• Renewal ng driver’s license
• Rehistro ng mga sasakyan
• Lahat ng kaugnay na ancillary services

Pinaaalalahanan ang lahat na pansamantalang ipagpaliban muna ang kanilang mga transaksyon at manatiling nakaantabay sa opisyal na mga anunsyo ng ahensya para sa updates.
