The Municipality of Rizal proudly commends the following barangays for the successful submission of their ๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐๐ฎ๐น๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป (๐ &๐) ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ฌ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ, covering the Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) implemented by its Sangguniang Kabataan. โ
This accomplishment reflects the barangayโs strong commitment to transparency, accountability, and results-based youth governance.
The implemented PPAs are aligned with the ๐ง๐ฒ๐ป (๐ญ๐ฌ) ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐๐ต ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป under ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐๐ฏ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ฐ๐ ๐ก๐ผ. ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ณ๐ฐ๐ฎ (Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015), further strengthened by ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐๐ฏ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ฐ๐ ๐ก๐ผ. ๐ญ๐ญ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ด institutionalizing the Local Youth Development Council (LYDC).
These ten centers are likewise anchored on and harmonized with the ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ก๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ ๐ฆ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ผ๐ฝ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฎ๐น๐ (๐ฆ๐๐๐), ensuring that local youth initiatives contribute to global development priorities.
