Alinsunod sa Republic Act No. 10742 o mas kilala bilang “Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015,” isinasagawa ang paghahanda at pagsusuri ng SK Annual Budget para sa Taong 2026 upang matiyak na ang mga programa at proyekto ay tunay na tumutugon sa pangangailangan ng kabataan sa barangay.

Patuloy na isinusulong ng LYDO Rizal katuwang ang SK Federation - Municipality of Rizal Laguna ang 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮, 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮, at 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙜𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 sa bawat yugto ng proseso ng pagbabadyet upang matiyak na ang pondo ng bayan ay nagagamit nang tama, makabuluhan, at may direktang pakinabang para sa kapakanan at pag-unlad ng kabataan.

Kaugnay nito, narito ang 𝒮𝓉𝒶𝓉𝓊𝓈 𝓃𝑔 𝒮𝒦 𝒜𝓃𝓃𝓊𝒶𝓁 𝐵𝓊𝒹𝑔𝑒𝓉 ng mga barangay ng Bayan ng Rizal.

Ngayong Anti-Graft and Corruption Awareness Month, ang Mayors for Good Governance ay muling pinaninindigan ang aming pangako para sa tapat at malinis na pamamahala.

Ang korapsyon ay hindi lang isyu ng ninanakaw na pondo; ito ay pagnanakaw sa kinabukasan at kaligtasan ng bawat Pilipino. Nakikita natin ito sa iba't ibang anyo—mula sa mga overpriced procurement at ghost projects, hanggang sa mga substandard na flood control projects na naglalagay sa atin sa panganib tuwing may sakuna. Ang buwis ng mamamayan ay dapat napupunta sa mga tamang programa, at hindi sa bulsa ng iilan.

Kaya naman, hindi tayo titigil sa ating panawagan para sa accountability at hustisya. Ang ating pangunahing layunin: panagutin ang lahat ng sangkot sa korapsyon. Kahit may mga napaparusahan na, alam nating marami pa ring makapangyarihang tao—mga mismong mastermind—ang malaya pa rin. Higit sa pagpaparusa, kailangang ibalik ang ninakaw na pera sa taumbayan upang magamit ito sa tunay na serbisyo publiko.

As part of the SKaagapay Program of the Local Youth Development Office, the Barangay Visitation & Monitoring was successfully conducted from February 9–16, 2026. 💙

This initiative focused on strengthening coordination with our barangay SK officials and ensuring compliance with key requirements, including the review of CY 2026 Budget Forms, checking of Full Disclosure Boards, and validation and collection of SK Accomplishment Reports. It also provided an opportunity to offer guidance and support in improving youth programs and governance at the barangay level.

Through the SKaagapay Program, we reaffirm our commitment to support, empower, and guide our young leaders in delivering transparent, accountable, and impactful service for the youth and the community.
