1. Open to all interested participants; no age restriction.
2. A maximum of 6 teams will be accepted. Registration will follow a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Each team must pay a โ‚ฑ1,000 registration fee.
4. A player is allowed to represent only one (1) team. Teams are not allowed to change or add members throughout the event.
5. All participants must be at the venue before the start of the event. Teams or players who fail to appear 15 minutes before their scheduled game will be disqualified.
6. Registration is open until December 12, 2025 (5:00 PM) only.
7. For registration, you may contact Dixie Gaspar Quiape or Jaime Bongbonga.

1. The tournament will follow a double-elimination format.
2. Elimination matches will be played in a best-of-3 sets format.
3. The Finals will be played in a best-of-5 sets format.
4. FIVB rules shall apply throughout the tournament.
5. Each competing team is entitled to one (1) time-out per set.
6. Teams will be given 2 minutes of warm-up before their first match.

The Kabataan ng Barangay Abut, Quezon, Isabela successfully held its KK Assembly 2025 with the inspiring theme, โ€œElevating Youth Voices: Building the Future Together.โ€ This gathering served as a platform for young people to participate in meaningful discussions, express their ideas, and understand the programs and accomplishments of the Sangguniang Kabataan.

Led by SK Chair Hon. John Mark Cardama, the assembly highlighted the importance of transparency and active involvement among the youth. Participants were encouraged to share insights, raise concerns, and contribute suggestions that will help shape future initiatives for the welfare of the barangay.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Abut, Quezon, Isabela, under the leadership of SK Chair Hon. John Mark Cardama, continues its commitment to community safety through the installation of new streetlights in key areas of the barangay.

This project aims to create safer pathways for residents, especially students walking to and from school, workers traveling at night, and families moving around the community. Well-lit streets help prevent accidents, discourage unsafe activities, and provide a greater sense of security for everyone.

Through this initiative, the SK demonstrates its dedication to building a brighter, safer, and more welcoming environment for all residents of Abut. The installation of streetlights is a simple yet meaningful step toward a more progressive and secure community.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Abut, Quezon, Isabela, led by SK Chair Hon. John Mark Cardama, extended its support to young learners through the distribution of essential school supplies at Abut Elementary School. This initiative aims to motivate students, ease the financial burden on families, and promote a more conducive learning experience for all.

By providing notebooks, pencils, and other basic materials, the SK hopes to inspire the children to stay focused, determined, and excited for their studies. Simple acts of support like this reflect the commitment of the youth leaders to uplift education and empower the next generation of Abut.
