Based on the latest DOST-PAGASA 72-hour rainfall forecast, residents in listed areas and those nearby or downstream are urged to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions. Forecasts use GSM (50 mm) rainfall threshold. This threshold may vary depending on ground conditions. The resulting list of barangays may vary based on available forecast data.

● 𝗠𝗮𝗴-𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗱: I-report o ipagbigay-alam agad ang anumang senyales ng paggalaw ng lupa, biglaang pagtaas ng tubig at pagputik ng tubig-baha.

On August 19, 2026, a landslide was reported in Barangay Fortune, Marikina City amid the southwest monsoon (habagat) conditions and associated intense rainfall over Metro Manila. Through close coordination of the Marikina City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MCDRRMO) and Barangay Fortune officials, the Mines and Geosciences Bureau- Central Office (MGB-CO) conducted a post-disaster geohazard assessment of the affected area on August 21, 2026.
