Always humbled to be part of projects like this. What Ravish Momin is building through Sunken Cages goes beyond genre and geography. This is what happens when music stops following borders imposed by industry and starts listening to memory, ritual, migration and people. Not fusion for the sake of novelty.

Im honored to contribute alongside friends and artists I respect and look up to from different parts of the world through Mahorka Records. From the Philippines to India, Gabon, Uruguay, Egypt, Hungary, Sweden, Indonesia, South Africa and beyond. This def feels less like a compilation and more like a collective conversation between communities carrying their own frequencies.
