Ang Barangay Poblacion, Trento, Agusan del Sur naghatag na og mas sayon ug mas paspas nga paagi sa pag-file sa inyong reklamo pinaagi sa Online Complaint Form gamit ang Google Form/s. 📱💻

📌 UNSAON PAG-FILE?

1️⃣ I-fill out ang Online Complaint Form pinaagi sa Google Form sa link sa ibabaw.

2️⃣ I-submit ang kompleto nga detalye sa inyong reklamo ug uban pang gikinahanglan nga impormasyon.

3️⃣ Human sa pag-submit, ang complainant/nagreklamo kinahanglan gihapon nga personal nga moadto sa Barangay Office aron:

✅ I-confirm ug i-verify ang mga detalye sa reklamo;
✅ Pirmahan ug kompletohon ang gikinahanglang dokumento;
✅ Makakuha sa schedule sa hearing/pagdungog; ug
✅ Mobayad sa applicable nga bayranan, kon aduna man.

💡 Dili na kinahanglan magdugay sa unang pag-file! I-submit daan online ang inyong reklamo aron mas mapadali ang proseso.

⚠️ PAHINUMDOM: Ang pag-submit sa Google Form dili pa pasabot nga pormal nang naisampa ang kaso. Kinahanglan gihapon nga moadto ang complainant sa Barangay Office alang sa verification, pagpirma sa mga dokumento, ug pagsunod sa gikinahanglang proseso ubos sa Katarungang Pambarangay Law.

🫀 BASIC LIFE SUPPORT TRAINING | AUGUST 8–9, 2026 🫀

A successful 2-day Basic Life Support (BLS) Training was conducted on August 8–9, 2026 at the OpCen MDRRMO Building. 🚑

The training provided participants with essential knowledge and hands-on skills in CPR, emergency response, and life-saving techniques—skills that can make a difference when every second counts.
