INITIATIVE || Ever notice the cracks and bumps around the TMG compound? While they might seem minor, they can impact our daily routines, creating trip hazards and causing potential damage to both AFP and personal vehicles.

Thanks to the initiative of the Group Commander, TMG, LTC ALLAN G REYES PAF(GSC), these rough pavements and the shortage of parking for new AFP vehicles are being addressed. We are currently repairing the asphalt pavement and preparing for the construction of an additional parking bay.TMG personnel are working hand-in-hand with skilled professionals from the Quezon City Engineering Office thru Councilor Albert Colanta of Brgy Aguinaldo to ensure the TMG premises are smooth and safe. This project is about more than just filling holes and leveling surfaces; it's about restoring integrity and ensuring longevity. Think of it as giving the TMG compound a much-needed refresh.Using innovative techniques and durable materials, this team is mending imperfections and transforming worn surfaces into reliable pathways and platforms. This process not only enhances the driving experience but also contributes to a safer workplace for everyone at the TMG premises.

By investing time, effort, and stakeholder engagement in these repairs, we are building a stronger foundation for our organization and AFPLSC. We are ensuring our infrastructure can withstand the test of time and support future plans.

GROUP COMMANDER'S GUIDANCE: The Group Commander of TMG, AFPLSC(P),LTC ALLAN G REYES PAF(GSC) conducted the Commander's Time in the conference room of TMG. This activity is held by the Group Commander of TMG to check in with his personnel regarding their needs related to their work, address any issues or concerns concerning their work and even their personal life. The aim is to ensure that all personnel are aligned with the unit’s mission, vision, and operational objectives.

During the meeting, the Group Commander provided guidance and reminders. He emphasized, “For every action, there is always equal reaction. No one loses anything by being humble and generous.” He highlighted the importance of the Golden Rule from Matthew 7:12 and Luke 6:31: “Do unto others what you want others to do unto you.”

The Group Commander reminded everyone that "while you have the freedom to make choices, you do not control the consequences of your actions. He posed a thought-provoking question: “How can you be right and improve your character? LTC REYES answered "You must walk with the right people.”

He also stressed the importance of taking care of the AFP vehicles under the management of TMG,AFPLSC: “Let’s take care of our vehicles; we should always check and maintain them, and understand the functions of each of our vehicles.”

He concluded his guidance by expressing his desire for everyone’s safety, stating, “When we leave TMG, I want us to be remembered for the goodness and diligence we demonstrated here.”

The Transportation and Maintenance Group (TMG), AFP Logistic Support Command (AFPLSC) together with
LSU-NCR,AFPLSC, other AFP Units, led by NCRCOM conducted Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR) operations in the flooded areas of Malabon, Marikina, Valenzuela and other areas of metro manila caused by typhoon “Crising, Dante and Emong”.

TMG, AFPLSC mobility assets was used to Rescue and Transport victims caused by the said typhoon! serving the People!💪

🎉 CELEBRATING RESILIENCE: Blessing Ceremony for the TMG,AFPLSC Female Officer's Barracks and E-Transport Assets

Despite heavy rain and a typhoon, the TMG, AFPLSC held a blessing ceremony for the new Female Officer's Barracks, refurbished e-trikes, and a e-bike. Graced by Rev Fr. ERWIN MARC CHAVES (CHS) together with CAPT DANILO S AGUIT PN(GSC) as the keynote speaker, this event showcased the unit's spirit.

The new barracks provide a secure home for the female officers, boosting their morale. As LTC REYES PAF (GSC) said, "A happier officer is a more effective officer."

🚗✨ Transforming Wasted Space into a Functional and Full-Service Maintenance Bay! NOW OPEN and READY TO SERVE! ✨🚗

The Transportation Maintenance Group (TMG), AFPLSC, is excited to announce the Maintenance Service Bay, utilizing the previously vacant space of the AFP POL Dump. We are now ready to serve all organic vehicles for GHQ units and offices, as well as privately owned vehicles of military personnel.

🕗 Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 NN & 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Our services include:
- Change Oil
- Tire Change
- Under Chassis Repairs
- Brake Adjustments and Cleaning
- Preventive Maintenance Services
