Another year, another meaningful lineup of trainings for the Medical Social Work Department!

We officially kicked off with the Certificate Course on Grief and Bereavement Counseling, led by our esteemed resource speaker, Ms. Carol Nuyda from the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

It was a two-day journey filled with valuable insights, professional growth, shared experiences, and moments of fun. Truly a meaningful start to another year of learning and service! ✨

**Student Affiliation Program**

Seventeen (17) student interns from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela and Occidental Mindoro State College successfully conducted their case presentations on October 28, 29, and 30, 2025. They also presented their group work proposals.

Congratulations students for effectively managing your cases and presenting them commendably! Appreciation also goes to all shadowing social workers, supervisors, school field instructor, and agency field coordinator for your invaluable guidance and support.

To ensure that every eligible veteran and their dependent could readily avail themselves of the invaluable VMMC Medical Card – their golden ticket to a lifetime of comprehensive medical services.
