Ang pangako ay hindi lang salita, ito ay paninindigan! 🌟💪

Naipakita sa mga bata ang kahalagahan ng katapatan at pagiging maaasahan sa pamamagitan ng kuwentong pambata na “𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒌𝒐, ’𝑾𝒂𝒈 𝑰𝒑𝒂𝒌𝒐.” Isinagawa ng QCPL - San Isidro Galas Branch ang storytelling activity noong Setyembre 2, 2026, sa Santol Child Development Center, na nilahukan ng labinlimang (15) mag-aaral. 📖💛

Masigla at buong-pusong isinalaysay ni Ms. Camile Magistrado ang kuwento. Buong atensyong nakinig at nakibahagi ang mga bata sa sesyon, at naunawaan nila ang mahalagang aral tungkol sa pagtupad sa mga pangako.

Sa pamamagitan ng kuwento, natutuhan ng mga bata ang kahalagahan ng pagtupad sa pangako at pagiging responsable sa kanilang mga sinabi at napagkasunduan. Naunawaan nila na ang pagtupad sa pangako ay nagpapakita ng katapatan, respeto, at pagiging maaasahan. ❤

📚 New Books, New Knowledge, New Adventures! 📖✨

On September 2, 2026, a meaningful day of learning and discovery was shared with High School and Senior High School students through a Library Orientation conducted by the Quezon City Public Library (QCPL) – Lagro Branch! 📚

The orientation introduced students to the library’s newly acquired books, giving them the opportunity to discover new titles, explore diverse subjects, and maximize the resources available at the library. 📖✨

They were also guided on proper book borrowing and returning procedures, including the In and Out system, to help them understand and practice responsible use of library resources. 📚🔄

As part of promoting a safe and secure library environment, students were informed about the presence of CCTV cameras and the importance of following library rules and maintaining proper behavior while using the facility. 🎥🏫

Through this orientation, QCPL – Lagro Branch continues to encourage students to become responsible library users, active readers, and lifelong learners. 💡❤️

A Story of Love and Sacrifice 📖💙

On September 2, 2026, at 10:30 AM, the QCPL–Project 7 Branch held a heartfelt Storytelling Session for the learners of Veterans Village Child Development Center.

The children listened to the story “Papel de Liha”, which teaches them to look beyond what they see and discover the deeper meaning in everyday things. The story highlights how a mother’s hands may become rough from household chores, yet her touch remains gentle and loving when caring for her child.

A beautiful reminder that behind every mother’s loving care are countless sacrifices, unwavering dedication, and a love without bounds. ✨

It’s a Wrap for the Third Quarter’s German Language Class! 🇩🇪📖

The Quezon City Public Library concluded the third Free Basic German Language Class on September 2, 2026. Aspiring learners gathered for the quarter’s final session, eager to continue exploring the beauty of the German language and culture.

A big round of applause to all our participants! And a heartfelt Danke schön to Ms. Cindy Llorente‑Wiegand, our Pinay German Tutor, for generously sharing her knowledge and passion for the German language.

Matagumpay na idinaos ang ating Free Coffee Activity noong Setyembre 2, 2026, na sinabayan ng isang masayang Patimpalak sa Pagguhit na may temang “Ang Aking Paboritong Alaga.”

Sa simpleng pagbabasa, pag-inom ng kape, pagguhit, at pagpapahinga, nagkaroon tayo ng pagkakataong magbahagi ng creativity, good vibes, at pagmamahal para sa ating mga alagang hayop.

Maraming salamat sa lahat ng nakilahok at naki-enjoy sa ating munting activity! Ang library ay hindi lamang lugar para magbasa — ito rin ay lugar para matuto, lumikha, makipagkaibigan, at magpahinga.
