IN PHOTOS: The District Director of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD), PBGEN RANDY GLENN SILVIO, was represented by PCOL JOEL A VILLANUEVA, Deputy District Director for Administration (DDDA). Together with PCOL JULIUS SAGANDOY, Chief of the District Director’s Direct Staff (CDDS), and PCOL ALBERTO GARCIA, JR., Chief of the District Personnel Records and Management Division (DPRMD), they presided over the Turnover and Assumption of Office Ceremony at Galas Police Station (PS 11), held at the QCPD Conference Room, Camp Karingal, Quezon City.
The ceremony formally marked the assumption of office by PLTCOL MORGAN B AGUILAR, Incoming Station Commander of PS 11, and the relinquishment of command by PLTCOL VIRGILIO M JOPIA, Outgoing Station Commander.
