This Fatherโ€™s Month, we celebrate the men who guide, support, and inspire us through life's journey. Whether through words of wisdom, acts of sacrifice, or simply being there when we need them most, fathers leave a lasting impact on our hearts.

Not all heroes are our fathers by blood. Some are grandfathers, uncles, brothers, mentors, family friends, or father figures who chose to step up, offer guidance, and love us as their own. Their presence reminds us that being a father is not only about blood; it is about care, commitment, and a heart willing to lead with love.

This Month, we honor every dad and father figure whose strength, kindness, and unwavering support help shape the people we become. Thank you for the lessons you teach, the memories you create, and the love you share each day.

Last Sunday June 14, 2026 ,
Quezon City Assembly No. 17 held its 2nd Stated Meeting, where we continued to plan our activities, strengthened our bonds and create more meaningful memories. ๐Ÿคณ๐Ÿป

A special moment of the day was welcoming and balloting two young ladies interested in becoming part of our Rainbow family. ๐Ÿ’›

Their interest in our Order reminds us that the light of Rainbow continues to shine and inspire others to join us in friendship, service, and leadership.๐ŸŒˆโ˜€๏ธ

To end the day, we shared a warm meal lovingly prepared by Mom Iris. Her kindness and dedication made our gathering even more special, reminding us that the heart of Rainbow is not only found in our meetings, but also in the care we show one another.๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

He who does not know how to look back at where he came from will never get to his destination." โ€” Jose Rizal

Today marks an important chapter in our countryโ€™s history โ€” a day that celebrates freedom, courage, and unity. On this day, June 12, we honor the sacrifices of the heroes and heroines who fought bravely for our independence, offering their lives, blood, and dreams just so we could live in liberty.

As we commemorate this special occasion, let us reflect deeply on their legacy, freedom is not something we take for granted, but a precious gift we must protect, nurture, and pass on to the next generation. Let us remember that true independence also means using our freedom wisely โ€” to do good, to speak the truth, and to work for the progress of every Filipino.

Yesterday, June 1 2026, as the Brigada Eskwela Kick-Off officially began. The Sisters of Quezon City Assembly No.17, International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, proudly joins Project 6 Special Science Elementary School for Brigada Eskwela 2026!

Through our initiative, "The Rainbow Kitchen: Serving Love and Nutrition to our Brigada Heroes," we are fueling the incredible volunteers who are working tirelessly to prepare safe and beautiful classrooms for our students.

With our hearts full of service, we prepared and served lugaw, boiled eggs,freshly baked banana muffins and goodies to our dedicated Brigada Heroes, volunteers,teachers and even kids who generously gave their time and effort to help prepare the school for another meaningful school yearโ˜บ๏ธโ˜€๏ธ

To our modern-day heroes, our teachers, parents, and community partners; thank you for your inspiring spirit of bayanihan. Your hard work deserves to be sustained with love and healthy nourishment!

This project was made even more meaningful through our partnership with our brothers from Ambrosio A. Flores Chapter No. 45, Order of DeMolay. Their helping hands, and support made serving our Brigada Heroes easier and more enjoyable, showing how working together can create a greater impact in our community. ๐Ÿค๐ŸŒˆ
