The Philippine Heart Center conducted Resilience and Recovery Rounds for employees under the Out-Patient Division last October 10, providing an opportunity to reflect on mental well-being, strengthen resilience, and explore healthy ways of coping with everyday challenges.

Through learning sessions like this, PHC continues to recognize the importance of supporting employeesโ€™ mental health and fostering a workplace where everyone feels encouraged to pause, recharge, and recover.
