Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 133, government offices shall implement appropriate alternative work arrangements, while alternative learning modes and learning continuity measures shall be implemented for classes at all levels in public and private schools on September 01, 2026, in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat):

AIPA Philippines warmly greets our President, the Honorable Faustino “Bojie” Dy III, Speaker of the House of Representatives, on his birthday.

As Speaker of the House and President of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly during the Philippines’ 2026 AIPA Presidency, Speaker Dy has called on ASEAN parliaments to move as one—strengthening cooperation, public trust, and people-centered legislation across the region. Under the theme Parliaments Securing a Peaceful, Prosperous, and People-Centered ASEAN, the Philippine presidency has placed dialogue, institutional credibility, and shared purpose at the heart of parliamentary work.

On this special day, we honor not only the office he holds, but the years of public service that brought him here—from local leadership in Isabela to the Speakership of the House. We wish him good health, clarity of purpose, and continued energy in the work ahead: advancing reforms at home and deepening parliamentary partnership across ASEAN.
