Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

📍 Benguet
📍 Ilocos Norte
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Pampanga

📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Ipinapaalam po na kasalukuyang isinasagawa ang rehabilitasyon ng SB Park, na maaaring pansamantalang makaapekto sa karaniwang daanan papunta sa QC Kabahagi Center.

Upang mapanatili ang ligtas at maayos na pagpasok, mangyaring sundin ang mga sumusunod na alternatibong daanan na makikita rin sa kalakip na poster/mapa:

Maaaring dumaan sa kalye sa tabi ng Batasan Hills National High School.

🟣 VIOLET LINE – Gate sa tabi ng District Office
Maaaring gamitin ang gate sa tabi ng District Office para sa pansamantalang pagpasok papunta sa Kabahagi Center.

🟢 GREEN LINE – Likurang Gate ng SB Park
Maaari ring dumaan sa likurang gate ng SB Park at sundan ang itinakdang ruta papunta sa Center.
