The Police, Security and Protection Group, led by PCOL MARLON M. CATAN, Acting Deputy Director for Administration, together with PCOL MARLON B CANAM, OIC, CS, PSPG, joined the First Friday Holy Eucharistic Celebration for September on September 4, 2026, at the PSPG, Camp BGen Rafael T. Crame, Quezon City.

Presided over by Fr. Danilo P. Locquiao, Salesian of Don Bosco, the Holy Mass strengthened the PSPG’s faith, unity, and commitment to dedicated public service.

The Police Security and Protection Group held the Oath-Taking Ceremony and Donning of Rank of PCOL LEOPOLDO E. RECIMILLA JR., Chief, RPSPU 10, on September 1, 2026.

The ceremony was graced by PBGEN BENIGNO L. GUZMAN, Director, PSPG, who delivered an inspirational message emphasizing leadership, honor, and purposeful service. The activity was also attended by the PSPG Command Group, whose presence underscored the organization’s strong support for its personnel.

Further adding significance to the occasion, PLTGEN RICARDO F. DE LEON, Director-General, National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA), mentor of the promotee and special guest, shared an inspiring message of wisdom, insights, and guidance.

GUZMAN, Director, PSPG, the Police Security and Protection Group successfully concluded the 5-Day Basic Information Collection and Analysis Seminar (BICAS), equipping 29 graduates with enhanced capabilities in information gathering, analysis, and intelligence support vital to effective police operations.

PCOL MARLON M. CATAN, Acting DDA, PSPG, spearheaded the activity together with PCOL MARLON B. CANAM, OIC, CS, PSPG, and highlighted it with the declaration of graduates by PCOL RICO C. BRACAMONTE, TM, SSC, PNP Training Service.
