Barangay Sacred Heart officially enters into a Memorandum of Agreement with Master Course Professional Development to provide capacity-building and learning opportunities for government employees, volunteers, and residents.

Through this partnership, various programs and trainings will be conducted focusing on:
• Leadership and Strategic Planning
• Community Engagement and Life Skills
• Mental Health and Psychological Support
• Post-Disaster Psychological Recovery Programs
• Other trainings responsive to community needs

Together, we continue to invest in education, good governance, community development, and people empowerment for a better Barangay Sacred Heart.
