Please be informed that the Office of the Election Officer, Quezon City, 4th District will conduct its TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES and GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT SENSITIVITY PROGRAM and SEMINAR on SEPTEMBER 6-9, 2026.

This office will remain open during regular office hours with skeletal workforce to attend to inquiries.

You may secure a copy of VOTER CERTIFICATION from the Records Division of COMELEC, in our main office in Intramuros, Manila, for urgent need.

Regular issuance of Voter Certification will resume on Thursday, September 10, 2026.

Please be guided accordingly.

Thank you for your 41 years of dedicated service, unwavering commitment, and the countless contributions you have shared with this office. Your hard work, kindness, and dedication have left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of working with you.
