BAWAT BARANGAY MAKIKINABANG PROGRAM
Barangay Presidential Scholarship 2026
Ipinapaabot ng buong Barangay Quirino 2C Council ang taos-pusong pagbati sa ating 5 Presidential Scholar na sina;
1. Crodina Ramos - Siya ay kasalukuyang 4th year student sa ICCT Colleges sa kursong Bachelor of Secondary Education. Siya ay kabilang sa indigent sector ng ating barangay at kauna-unahang magtatapos ng pag-aaral sa kanilang pamilya. Siya rin ay anak ng isang solo parent.
2. Johanna Jghoan Fello - Siya ay kasalukuyang 4th year college student sa Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology (EARIST) - Manila sa kursong Bachelor of Public Administration. Siya rin ay kasalukuyang President ng Pajo Baba Youth Organization at kauna-unahang magtatapos ng pag-aaral sa kanilang pamilya.
3. Michaela Calzada - Siya ay kasalukuyang 4th year student sa National Teachers College (NTC) - Manila sa kursong Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Physical Education. Siya ay isang working student at kabilang sa indigent sector ng ating barangay. Naging President din siya ng Sticks N Stones noong taong 2022.
4. Aaron Umali - Siya ay kasalukuyang 4th year student ng Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) - Sta. Mesa sa kursong Bachelor of History. Siya ay anak ng Solo Parent sa ating barangay na kabilang sa indigent sector.
5. Raylyn Managat - Siya ay kasalukuyang mag-aaral sa ICCT Colleges sa kursong Bachelor of Elementary Education. Siya ay isang working student at kauna-unahang magtatapos ng pag-aaral sa kanilang pamilya. Naglingkod din siya bilang President ng Kamias Extension Youth Organization noong taong 2022.
Ang Awarding and Signing Ceremony para sa Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Scholars ay ginanap noong August 22, 2026, 10 ng umaga sa ating Barangay Quirino 2C Hall.
Operating under the mandate of the national government's Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program (BBMP) through the Office of the Presidentβs Socio-Civic Projects Fund (SCPF) and guided by DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-038, the Barangay Quirino 2C Council efficiently deployed the first component of its PHP 200,000.00 total allocation.
Through Barangay Resolution No. 039, S-2026, a total of PHP 100,000.00 was distributed on a "Cash Basis" payout layout to five (5) qualified college student-beneficiaries. Each scholar received exactly PHP 20,000.00 as an educational "Finisher Fund" to secure their academic completion for School Year 2026β2027.
Every centavo of this grant has been cleanly processed through our official depository account at Land Bank of the Philippines - Quezon City Hall Branch and is now being prepared for comprehensive liquidation filing.

Taos pusong pasasalamat sa ating Pangulong Ferdinand βBongbongβ Marcos Jr., Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte at Liga ng mga Barangay President Councilor Mari Rodriguez na nagbigay daan upang maiparating ang mga tulong sa ating mga mag-aaral.
