The Civil-Military Operations School formally opened the Strategic Civil-Military Operations Officers Online Course (SCMOOOC) CL 25-2026 with BGEN MEDEL M AGUILAR PA, Chief of Staff, CMOC AFP, as the Keynote Speaker.

The Strategic Civil-Military Operations Officers Online Course is a 4-month blended learning program designed to equip current and prospective CMO planners with strategic-level competencies in civil-military operations and communication planning, including the development of Strategic CMO and Strategic Communication Plans.

The Civil-Military Operations Command, AFP (CMOC, AFP) through the AFP Civil-Military Operations School will conduct the ๐’๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ข๐œ ๐‚๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ฅ-๐Œ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐Ž๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐Ž๐ง๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐‚๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ž ๐‚๐ฅ๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“-๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”, convening on 20 February 2026 at AFPCMOS, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City.

This 12-week blended learning course is designed for AFP Officers with the rank of CPT to COL (O-3 to O-6), their equivalents from other Philippine security sectors and government agencies, and Civilian Human Resources with Salary Grade (SG) 18 and above aimed at strengthening strategic-level CMO planning, communication, and interagency coordination.

HONORING LEADERSHIP AND SERVICE

Yesterday, the Civil Military Operations Command, AFP held a simple recognition ceremony to honor our Outgoing Commandant, MAJOR BENEDICK ALFONSO G CAGATIN (INF) PA as he prepares for his new assignment.

During his tenure, MAJOR CAGATIN led the school with dedication, overseeing key milestones.

As he moves forward to his next chapter, he leaves a legacy of excellence and a clear vision for the schoolโ€™s future. We thank you for your service, Sir, and wish you the very best in your reassignment!

Ngayong Bisperas ng Pasko, sama-sama nating pakinggan ang โ€œKANLURANโ€โ€”isang awit ng pagkilala at paninindigan para sa ating mga bantay-dagat at bantay-bayan na patuloy na naglilingkod sa West Philippine Sea.

Sa bawat pag-alon, naroon ang tahimik na sakripisyo: pagbabantay, pagprotekta, at pagtitiyak na mananatiling matatag ang ating tindig sa karapatan at dignidad ng bansa. Ang โ€œKANLURANโ€ ay paalala na ang soberanya ay hindi lamang usapin ng hanggananโ€”ito ay usapin ng pagkakaisa, katatagan, at pagmamahal sa bayan.
