The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation conducted its 2nd Management Review (MR) on 03 September 2026 at its 10/F office, Vertis North Corporate Center 1, Quezon City.
The MR was held in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Clause 9.3, which requires top management to review the organizationโs Quality Management System (QMS) at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, effectiveness, and alignment with the organizationโs strategic direction.
The activity covered updates on matters relevant to the effectiveness and performance of the QMS, including internal audit results, nonconformities and corrective actions, monitoring and measurement results, and the performance of external providers. It also included updates on PSALMโs workforce and IT inventory, Corporate Governance Scorecard compliance, the Harmonized Client Satisfaction Measurement, the proposed Corporate Performance Scorecard, and other requirements related to ISO 9001:2015 recertification.
Through the regular conduct of Management Reviews, PSALM continues to foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continual improvement in the delivery of its mandate.
