Itinaas na sa ORANGE Heavy Rainfall Warning ang ilang bahagi ng bansa kabilang ang Metro Manila dahil sa patuloy na pag-ulan dala ng na pinalalakas ng Typhoon ( ). ⚠️ FLOODING is THREATENING.

Asahan na makararanas parin tayo ng mga malalakas na ulan at hangin sa susunod na 3 oras.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat lalo na ang mga nasa tabing ilog na manatiling maging alerto at handa sa posibilidad na pag-apaw ng tubig sa ilog bunsod ng mga pag-ulan dala ng Habagat na pinalalakas ng Typhoon Carina.

Inaabisuhan ang lahat ng residente na agad lumikas kung kinakailangan para sa kaligtasan ng ating pamilya. Bukas para sa lahat ang San Antonio Elementary School para sa ating magiging Evacuation Center.
