In anticipation of continued heavy rainfall due to the Southwest Monsoon, work-from-home arrangements in government offices shall be implemented, while alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be observed on 10 August 2026 in the National Capital Region and the provinces of Ilocos Sur, La Union, Zambales, Bataan, Pangasinan, Rizal, Cavite, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, Abra, Tarlac, Benguet, Pampanga, Oriental Mindoro, and Bulacan.

Agencies providing essential and emergency services shall continue their operations. Localized suspension of classes and/or work in government offices may also be implemented by the respective Local Chief Executives.

Mr. Manapat formally took his oath of office, marking the beginning of his service with the NCMB. The oath taking ceremony was administered by Officer-In-Charge Teresita Eugenio Audea, in the presence of Deputy Executive Director Maria Cristina O. Mangaliman, Director II for Internal Services Ms. Marife E. Fausto, Financial and Management Division Chief Ms. Mariz F. Taggueg, Administrative Division Chief Ms. Rose-Maria C. Mamaoag, Administrative Officer V Ms. Erika Bernice O. Villano, NCMB Employee Association President Ms. Pia Bianca B. Sambrano, and the staff of the RID who joined in welcoming him to the organization.

The National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB) warmly congratulates Deputy Executive Director Teresita E. Audea on her designation as Officer-in-Charge of the NCMB. This well-deserved designation reflects her exceptional leadership, unwavering dedication to public service, and steadfast commitment to advancing the NCMB's mission of promoting workplace harmony and industrial peace.

Prior to her assumption of this important role, she served as Officer-In-Charge of the Office of the Deputy Executive Director from January 2018 to September 2020. In October 2020, she was appointed as Deputy Executive Director IV of the Board where she led the implementation of the Board's core programs on Labor-Management Cooperation, Grievance Machinery, Voluntary Arbitration, and Conciliation-Mediation across its 17 regional branches nationwide.
