A. CSC - Prescribed Qualification Standard
Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second (2nd) Level Eligibility
B. Preferred Qualifications (Competency-based)
Education: Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management or Social Science Courses
Training: 16 hours of training in HR management, personnel administration and CSC rules/policies
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in HR management and personnel administration
Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer V (HRMO Ill} shall be the focal person on human resource administration and management and implementation of personnel policies, rules, and regulations. He/she is expected to assist the Chief Administrative Officer in the development management, review and enhancement of all personnel policies and standards for JJWC.

5. Copy of duly signed Individual Performance Contract Review/Summary of Rating of Performance Contract Assessment in the present position, if applicable.
