Strong institutions are key to helping every Filipino learner reach their full potential.
In her message of support for the 24th Development Policy Research Month (DPRM), Commission on Higher Education(CHED) Chairperson Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis emphasized that effective, accountable, and responsive institutions must be guided by sound evidence.
For CHED, this means ensuring that higher education policies and programs are informed by research, data, and the evolving needs of learners, institutions, and communities. Through evidence-based policymaking, better decisions can translate into more meaningful opportunities for Filipino learners.
Her message reflects this yearβs DPRM theme, βBuilding Strong Institutions, Unlocking Human Capital Potential,β underscoring the role of strong education institutions in developing the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of Filipinos.
Join us this September and take part in the activities of the 24th DPRM.
