At the recent General Membership Meeting of the Consular Corps of the Philippines, the Honourable Joseph Gabriel D’Oliveira, Consul a.h. of Guyana in the Philippines, engaged in a cordial exchange with Her Excellency Maria Theresa Lazaro, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines.

On this occasion, Consul D’Oliveira conveyed the warm felicitations of the Government of Guyana, in commemoration of the nation’s Republic Day celebrated on 23 February 2026.

The Consulate of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana in the Philippines recently paid a courtesy call to Police Lieutenant General Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr., Chief of the Philippine National Police, reaffirming our shared commitment to the safety, dignity, and well-being of Guyanese nationals residing in the country.
