Happy Independence Day! 🇵🇭

As we celebrate the 128th Anniversary of Philippine Independence, we honor the courage, sacrifice, and unity of the Filipinos who fought for our freedom. May this occasion serve as a reminder that the true spirit of independence lives on through solidarity, compassion, and advocating the rights and welfare of every citizen.

The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC) joins the nation in commemorating this significant day and paying tribute to the heroes whose sacrifices paved the way for our freedom.

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006, s. 2025, HSAC offices are closed today, 12 June 2026 (Friday), in observance of Independence Day. Regular office operations will resume on 15 June 2026 (Monday).

Please be informed that the work at HSAC RAB XII is suspended today, 08 June 2026 (Monday) pursuant to the advisory issued by the City Government of Koronadal suspending work in all national and local government offices due to the recent earthquake experienced in the City of Koronadal.

🗓️ Huwag palampasin: Sa 7 Hunyo 2026 (Linggo), mula 3:00 PM hanggang 4:00 PM, magkakaroon ng maikling talakayan tungkol sa mahalagang papel ng HSAC sa pagtataguyod ng patas at epektibong pagresolba ng mga disputes sa usaping pabahay.
