In accordance with the CPNP's Guidance on Continuing Training and Education, which aims to enhance PNP personnel's skills, proficiency, and understanding of their respective fields, the Directorate for Human Resource and Doctrine Development, under the leadership of PMGEN SIDNEY N VILLAFLOR, successfully held its 2nd Competency Examination for PNP Training and Education Executives.

This online examination, conducted through a Google Form, focused on Training and Doctrine Development policies and served as a preliminary effort to bolster the ongoing education of the police force. The initiative was designed to assess the capabilities of executives responsible for training and education within the PNP, ensuring they meet the necessary standards for effective leadership and instruction in law enforcement.

Under the leadership of PMGEN SIDNEY N VILLAFLOR, the Directorate for Human Resource and Doctrine Development successfully conducted the Competency Examination on Police Operational Procedures (POP), dubbed as Enhanced Police Information and Continuing Education (E-PICE), for personnel from Police Regional Offices 1 and 2.

This initiative aimed to ensure that law enforcement officers are equipped with the latest competencies to perform their duties effectively and uphold public safety with excellence. The successful ex*****on of the E-PICE reflects DHRDD's commitment to professionalizing the police force through continuous learning and development.
