With the steadfast leadership of FCSUPT ALDWIN M SALAZAR, Regional Director, Bureau of Fire Protection Region 8 successfully conducted a solemn and meaningful Kasalang Simbahan at Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, celebrating not only the union of hearts but also the importance of faith, family, and commitment among BFP personnel.

The Holy Mass and Wedding Ceremony was presided over by REV FR (FSSUPT)RANDY C BALUSO, T’Ocarm, DSC— BFP Chief, Chaplain Service concelebrated by REV FR PMAJ REY A IBAÑEZ Regional Pastoral Officer, PRO 8 making the occasion even more spiritually significant for the Eleven (11)BFP Region 8 couples who received the sacrament of marriage.

Witnessed by their families, friends, fellow personnel, and loved ones, the couples exchanged vows in a heartfelt ceremony filled with gratitude, joy, and blessings. The Regional Director together with the Command Group proudly served as primary sponsors, showing the organization’s unwavering support for strengthening family ties and promoting God-centered relationships within the service.

This memorable event highlights the commitment of BFP Region 8 not only in fulfilling its mandate to serve and protect the public, but also in nurturing the moral and spiritual well-being of its personnel. Through activities such as this, the organization continues to uphold the values of unity, integrity, love, and compassion — building stronger families as the foundation of stronger public service.

A solemn Holy Hour was reverently led by the Chief, Spiritual Ministry and Program Section - REV FR (FSINSP) RAYMOND T TAPIA, gathering BFP personnel and participants in prayer, reflection, and Eucharistic Adoration.

Through communal prayer and meditation before the Blessed Sacrament, participants were invited to entrust their lives, families, and mission of public service to the Lord, seeking guidance, peace, and renewed spiritual strength.

REV F4R (FSSUPT) RANDY C BALUSO, T'Ocarm, Chief, Chaplain Service conducted a Seminar and Sacrament of Confession for BFP couples who are participants of the Kasalang Simbahan at the Bureau of Fire Protection – Regional Office 8.

The activity aimed to provide spiritual preparation, strengthen marital commitment, and deepen the couples’ faith as they prepare to receive the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony.
