NAPOWA Completes Public Sector Unionism Seminar
The National Printing Office Workers Association (NAPOWA) successfully conducted an In-House Public Sector Unionism Seminar on August 25, 2026, aimed at strengthening membersβ knowledge of public sector unionism and promoting responsible employee representation, good governance, and constructive labor-management relations within the Agency.
The seminar provided participants with practical insights into employee organization, workplace representation, and labor-management relations, empowering them to participate more meaningfully in matters affecting personnel welfare and the workplace. The activity reflects NAPOWAβs continuing commitment to promoting employee welfare, active participation, and organizational unity.
NAPOWA extends its sincere appreciation to Ms. Jean Orsolino and Mr. Manuel Baclagon of the Confederation for Unity, Recognition and Advancement of Government Employees (COURAGE) for sharing their expertise and valuable insights throughout the seminar.
