The Adapting Philippine Agriculture to Climate Change Project - National Project Management Office (APA NPMO) is looking for one (1) National Project Coordinator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Lead the Project Management Officeās day-to-day operation
-Lead the development and implementation of project annual work plans and strategies aligned with the project targets;
-Report and present project progress and achievements;
-Draft and finalize written outputs/deliverables in accordance with governments and financing partnersā requirements
-Represent DA in meetings and discussions with government entities and other stakeholders on issues related to the project;
-Contribute to the prioritization, planning and delivery of diverse communication products;
-Ensure effective coordination with relevant stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations to ensure the effective implementation of the project activities;
-Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy and provide guidance on necessary adjustments to ensure its continued success;
-Ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards;
-Provide regular updates to the Head of NPMO and other DA officials on the progress of the project, including any challenges or risks that may impact the projectās timeline or budget
-Present reports of the NPMO to the Project Steering Committee that summarize the projectās progress, including key milestones achieved, budget status, and any changes to the project plan; and,
-Perform other tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
