This April 24, a guiding presence joins us, helping illuminate the path ahead ⚡

KABATAAN ROADTRIP Day 1 April 24, 2026: 9:00AM - 1:30PM

Day 1 of Kabataan Roadtrip 2026 opens with the theme “Ethical Leadership in Public Service: Transforming Heroic Leaders to Heroic Systems,” and we begin the discourse with a speaker who will help us rethink leadership through the lens of systems, ethics, and institutional strength.

As calls for ethical leadership grow louder, and sustainable systems demand not only expertise but integrity, Ph.D. Candidate and Senior Lecturer Melanie G. Riva steps forward to carry the important and supportive message.

Our first topic “Beyond the Heroic Leader: Ethics, Accountability, and Crisis of Public Trust” at the center of discussion, Dean Lizan Perante-Calina will lead us into deeper conversations on accountability, trust, and the realities of public service 👀.

Our second topic, “Systems over Saviors: Institutions, Processes, and Building Systems that Work” at the center of the discussion, Atty. Lyndon Rom T. David will illuminate strategies and processes that create not just efficient systems but systems that leave an unbreakable legacy.

Our third topic, “Architect of Integrity: Leading through Systems and Ethical Reform” at the center of the discussion, Deputy Administrator Angelo Gabriel D. Mantuano will be the bridge on how we can not only design but pursue systems with integrity, accountability, and unwavering trust for the betterment of the Filipino people.
