The 32nd Regular Session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Tandag City was held today, resulting in the following legislative actions: two (2) Privilege Speeches were delivered, four (4) Resolutions were approved, and two (2) Ordinances were enacted.

These outputs reflect the SP's continuing commitment to responsive legislation and meaningful public service.

The Sangguniang Panlungsod of Tandag City remains steadfast in its work for the welfare and progress of our city.

That’s my husband, Congressman Romeo S. Momo Sr. 💚 Hardworking, compassionate, and always ready for the next adventure. He has this incredible way of giving his all to everything he does, always going above and beyond, whether in public service or in the little things that matter to the people he loves.

I’m so proud of the man he is and even more grateful that I get to share this life and all its adventures with him. 😍

And age? Well… let’s just say it’s not slowing him down. At "47" 😉, he’s still running on full throttle!

Happy birthday, my love. Keep exploring, keep serving, keep going—and most importantly, keep being you. I love you always. 💚

Yesterday, August 7, 2026, I joined a Public Hearing, focusing on proposed ordinances that address important concerns of our city.

The measures discussed covered tourism development and protection, a uniform property and building numbering system, environmental protection, and safety guidelines for recreational water facilities.

Public hearings give us an important opportunity to listen to our constituents, consider their concerns, and improve proposed policies before they become ordinances. I remain committed to supporting legislation that is responsive to the needs of Tandag City and its people.

There's no better way to celebrate a birthday than by giving back to the people we serve. 💚

My heart was full as I joined the pre-birthday celebration of my husband, Congressman Romeo S. Momo Sr., in Brgy. Calatngan, San Miguel, Surigao del Sur. Together, we turned a special day into an opportunity for meaningful service.

We conducted a free medical mission, provided free legal aid, and distributed food packs, rice, and other essentials to the residents of Brgy. Calatngan. During the activity, we also offered free eye check-ups and haircuts.

There truly is no greater joy than marking another year of life by uplifting others. Happy birthday, my dear Romy! 🥰

Moving forward with plans that matter for Tandag City.

Today, I participated in the 2026 3rd Quarter City Development Council (CDC) Full Council Meeting, where we discussedkey development priorities for our city. Among the agenda are the CY 2027 Annual Investment Program, the CY 2026 4th Supplemental Annual Investment Program, and the CY 2027 priority projects under the Barangay Peace Improving Infrastructure Support Program.

Through careful planning, collaboration, and responsible decision-making, we continue to work toward projects and programs that respond to the needs of our communities and contribute to the sustainable development of Tandag City.

Titles come and go, but what actually matters is the work: the people we've helped, the communities that trusted us, and what we built together over the years.

That's what this award represents to me. 💚

I'm not taking this alone. Everyone who has stood behind this work, pushed it forward, believed in it when it was hard—this belongs to you too. It just pushes me to keep going, to keep the standards high, and to keep showing up for the people we serve.

To World Icon of Excellence: thank you. This isn't a finish line. If anything, it's a nudge to do more. 🙏🏼💚

Presided over our 𝟮𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 with 13 members in attendance, where we heard 3 privilege speeches, deliberated on 4 committee reports, and acted on 2 resolutions.

We also took a moment to celebrate the belated birthday of Hon. John Paul Pimentel. Happy birthday, Hon. Pimentel! 🎂 May you continue to be blessed with good health and success!

It brings me great joy to have extended the gift of plastic chairs to the barangays of San Antonio, Salvacion, Buenavista, Pangi, and San Agustin Norte.

These may seem like simple items, but I believe even the smallest gestures can make a difference in our community. 💚

𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

During the 28th Regular Session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, we deliberated on six Committee Reports and six Resolutions with the attendance of 13 SP members.

We were also pleased to welcome visitors and students from NEMSU Tandag, giving them the opportunity to observe the legislative process firsthand and gain a deeper appreciation of public service.

I hope this experience inspires more young people to take an active interest in governance and community leadership. 💚
