Photos taken during the July 8,2026 Recognition Rites at the UPTheater may be claimed on:
August 27&28,2026 (Thursday and Friday)
9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Venue:
Lobby, 2nd Floor, Melchor Hall, College of Engineering
Please bring the following:
• Any valid ID
• Proof of payment
If the photos will be claimed by a representative, please present:
• An authorization letter signed by the graduate
• A photocopy of the graduate’s valid ID

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 128, issued by the Office of the President and posted on the Presidential Communications Office page, the UP Diliman (UPD) Office of the Chancellor announced that UPD will observe alternative arrangements for classes and work (except for essential offices) tomorrow, 18 August 2026.

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 127 issued by the Office of the President and posted on the Presidential Communications Office’s page, the UP Diliman (UPD) Office of the Chancellor announced that work at UPD (except for essential services) will observe alternative arrangements for classes and work today, 17 August 2026, starting 12 p.m.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 14

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 126, government offices are directed to shift to appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 14, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Zambales
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Cavite
📍 Batangas
📍 Rizal
📍 Laguna
📍 Quezon
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall likewise be implemented in these areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.
