PILANDOK MAINTAINS ITS STRENGTH AS IT MOVES WEST NORTHWESTWARD OVER THE SEA EAST OF EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON.

The center of Tropical Depression PILANDOK was estimated based on all available data at 1,100 km East of Extreme Northern Luzon. It is moving West northwestward at 10 km/h, with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 55 km/h, and central pressure of 1002 hPa.
