PBBM LEADS CEREMONIAL TURNOVER OF HOUSING CERTIFICATES IN VALENZUELA. President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. leads the ceremonial turnover of housing certificates under the flagship Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Programs spearheaded by the in Valenzuela City on Tuesday.

Joined by DHSUD Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling, the President led the turn over of housing unit certificates to beneficiaries of the Disiplina Village Arkong Bato in Valenzuela City, a project of the National Housing Authority (NHA), a key shelter agency of DHSUD, under the Expanded 4PH.

The project is designed to provide 960 housing units for qualified informal settler families affected by the Supreme Court's mandamus to clear Manila Bay and those residing in dangerous areas in Valenzuela City.

Nine buildings have been completed under Phases 1, 2, and 3 composed of 333 units, with relocation of beneficiaries beginning in April 2026.

Joining President Marcos Jr. and Secretary Aliling were Senior Undersecretary Eduardo Robles Jr., NHA General Manager Joeben Tai, and other DHSUD and NHA officials.

13TH CONSECUTIVE WEEK. For the 13th consecutive week now, the Central Office and all 17 Regional Offices (ROs) sustain the Zero Overdue on Regulatory Applications.

Under the existing policies, the ROs are given 15 days to act on all applications either through approval, denial or issuance of Notice of Deficiency of Requirements (NDR).

The DHSUD Central Office-based Housing and Real Estate Development Regulation Bureau and all 17 ROs have certified that they have no pending applications beyond the prescribed period since June.

913 LAND TITLES AWARDED SIMULTANEOUSLY UNDER PBBM's EXPANDED 4PH. Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling leads the nationwide simultaneous awarding of Transfer Certificates of Title (TCTs) to beneficiaries of the Enhanced Community Mortgage Program (ECMP) under President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.

A total of 913 family-beneficiaries of ECMP received their individual TCTs --213 of them at the Makabagong San Juan Theater while 700 others from key cities in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao joined via Zoom.

The number of awarded titles on Monday signified September 13 --the birth date of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

Since last year's revival of ECMP, a pro-poor modality under the flagship Expanded 4PH, a total of 47 projects had been approved and would benefit more than 8,000 families.

Joining the DHSUD chief were Senior Undersecretary Eduardo Robles Jr., SHFC President Federico Laxa, San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora and other DHSUD and SHFC officials.

DHSUD will award at least 913 land titles to families under the Enhanced Community Mortgage Program, advancing the Marcos administration’s 4PH housing program.
