On August 22, 2026, at about 8:00 AM onwards, this police station led by PLTCOL ROWENA P AMATA, Station Commander, conducted a Clearing Operation at Visayas Outpost in line with "OPLAN KALINISAN" at PS13 Outpost along Visayas St., corner Payatas road Quezon City

The said personnel removed the Old and deteriorated Nipa Hut to provide a wider and more suitable space for the establishment of the new outpost. The improvement aims to enhance the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of the area, thereby contributing to the beautification of the outpost and providing a more conducive and convenient environment for police personnel and members of the community.

The Immediate Action Drill (IAD) provides simple steps to help individuals respond appropriately during an emergency:
IMMEDIATE ACTION โ€“ Stay calm, assess the situation, and act quickly to protect yourself and others.
AVOID โ€“ Stay away from danger and avoid unnecessary exposure to the threat.
DENY โ€“ Prevent the threat from gaining access by securing doors, windows, and other entry points when possible.
DEFEND โ€“ If directly confronted and there is no safe way to escape, protect yourself and others using reasonable defensive actions.

On August 21, 2026, at about 9:00 PM onwards, at Eagle St., Sitio Veterans, Barangay Bagong Silangan, Quezon City, the personnel of Police Station 13 under the supervision of PLTCOL ROWENA P. AMATA, Station Commander, through QC 92, PSSg De Asis, and PCpl Baliling, conducted Oplan Bandillo relative to crime prevention, Anti-Motornapping, and Police Presence and Visibility. The activity aimed to intensify public awareness on peace and order, promote crime prevention and public safety, disseminate timely information to the community, encourage vigilance among residents, and strengthen police visibility in support of maintaining a safe, secure, and peaceful environment within the area of responsibility.
