Base sa Memorandum Circular No. 127 s. 2026 mula sa Malacaรฑang, ipatutupad ang ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS sa lahat ng tanggapan ng gobyerno sa buong Metro Manila ngayong Lunes, August 17, 2026, dahil sa patuloy na sama ng panahon dulot ng .
Ipatutupad rin ang ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY MODES OF LEARNING (Synchronous / Asynchronous) sa LAHAT NG ANTAS ng mga PAMPUBLIKO at PRIBADONG PAARALAN sa Metro Manila.
Gayunpaman, tuloy ang operasyon ng mga ahensya ng gobyerno na naghahatid ng serbisyong medikal, disaster at emergency response, at iba pang vital services.
Hinihikayat ang lahat na gamitin ang QC e-Services para sa inyong online transactions:

Para sa mga katanungan o emergency concerns, tumawag sa QC Helpline 122.
Ipinapaubaya naman sa pamunuan ng mga pribadong kumpanya at opisina ang desisyon kung sususpendihin ang kanilang operasyon.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 17
Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 127, government offices are directed to shift to appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces starting 12:00 noon on August 17, 2026:

๐ Zambales
๐ Bataan
๐ Bulacan
๐ Pampanga
๐ Tarlac
๐ Nueva Ecija
๐ Cavite
๐ Batangas
๐ Rizal
๐ Laguna
๐ Quezon
๐ Occidental Mindoro
Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.
Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.
The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.
