The DILG โ Bureau of Local Government Supervision, through its Recognition and Awards Division, successfully conducted the ๐๐ฌ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ ๐ข๐ป๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ข๐ป๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐ด ๐ง๐ฎ๐ด๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฎ ๐๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ (๐๐ง๐๐).
Held in three (3) clusters from January 28 to 29, 2026, the onboarding brought together members of the Regional and Provincial Awards Committee Secretariats, along with Field Officers, in preparation for the upcoming field assessments to determine the CY 2026 Most Outstanding Lupong Tagapamayapa across eight (8) award categories. These categories include Highly Urbanized Cities (HUCs), Independent Component Cities and Component Cities (ICC/CC), and 1st to 6th Class Municipalities.
Participants were oriented on the CY 2026 implementation schedule, assessment criteria, and references, and the ISO Quality Procedure QP-DILG-BLGS-43, โDetermination of LTIA Winners.โ
The LTIA remains the premier Presidential Awards Program recognizing the Lupong Tagapamayapa for their vital role in community-based conflict resolution and their significant contributions to the effective implementation of the Katarungang Pambarangay.
