ELIGIBILITY:
- 18 years old and above
- Players must be registered residents of Pura
- Teams may represent (a) BARANGAY; (b) ORGANIZATION; or (c) BUSINESS ENTERPRISE
- Players playing in the Juniors Division are not qualified to play.

SUBMIT YOUR FINAL ROSTER ON OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 20, 2023 AT THE SB OFFICE. PLEASE ATTACH PICTURES AND DOCUMENTS SHOWING ELIGIBILITY SUCH AS BIRTH CERTIFICATE, VOTER'S ID, BARANGAY CERTIFICATE, ETC.
