On May 23, 2026, the ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐๐๐ฒ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐๐ซ๐ฌโ ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฉ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ญ โ ๐๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ญ๐๐ successfully conducted its ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง-๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ฒ, celebrating the achievements, dedication, and leadership of the cadets who completed their ROTC training and responsibilities within the unit.
The program formally commenced with the entrance of the ๐๐ ๐
๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ญ๐ฌ of ๐๐ ๐๐-๐๐๐๐ โ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐โ together with their proud parents. Carrying the class name, โ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฆ ๐ฟ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ก ๐ป๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ผ๐๐ ๐,โ the graduating class embodied unity, resilience, discipline, and strength as they reached another milestone in their ROTC journey. Their entrance symbolized the culmination of their sacrifices, perseverance, and commitment to leadership and service.
This meaningful moment was followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and an invocation led by ๐/๐๐๐ ๐๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ ๐. ๐๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ง๐๐๐ณ, ๐๐๐, Executive Officer, asking for guidance and blessings for the success of the ceremony.
After the opening rites, welcome remarks were delivered by ๐๐ฏ๐ญ. ๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐. ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ (๐๐๐) ๐๐, ROTC Coordinator, who warmly welcomed the guests, parents, officers, and cadets present during the event. This was followed by the reading of orders led by ๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ ๐. ๐๐ข๐ณ๐จ๐ง ๐๐ (๐๐๐), Assistant Commandant of the COLM ROTC Unit.
One of the significant highlights of the first part of the program was the Message and Relinquishment of Command delivered by ๐/๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง ๐. ๐๐๐งฬ๐๐ ๐จ ๐๐๐, the Outgoing Corps Commander. In his inspirational message, he expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the officers, cadets, mentors, and fellow leaders who became part of his ROTC journey. His speech reflected the values of leadership, discipline, service, and dedication that he faithfully carried during his term as Corps Commander.
The ceremony also witnessed the Formal Assumption of Command of the Incoming Acting Corps Commander, ๐/๐๐๐ฃ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ซ๐๐ข ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐. ๐๐๐งฬ๐จ๐ฅ๐, ๐๐๐, symbolizing the continuity of leadership and responsibility within the organization. This was followed by the Turn-Over of the Unit Symbol facilitated by the Presiding Officer, ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐จ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐จ ๐. ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ซ๐ฏ๐ ๐๐๐
(๐๐๐) ๐๐, Commandant of the COLM ROTC Unit and Group Commander of the 3rd Regional Community Defense Group, RESCOM, Philippine Army. The turn-over of the unit symbol represented the official transfer of authority, trust, and responsibility from the outgoing leadership to the incoming command.
The second part of the program focused on the graduation rites of the cadets. The Presentation of Candidates for Graduation was led by ๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ ๐. ๐๐ข๐ณ๐จ๐ง ๐๐ (๐๐๐), Assistant Commandant of the COLM ROTC Unit, presenting the ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ญ graduates who successfully completed the ROTC program. Following this, ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐จ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐จ ๐. ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ซ๐ฏ๐ ๐๐๐
(๐๐๐) ๐๐ formally declared the graduates, recognizing their hard work, perseverance, discipline, and dedication to training and service.
The distribution of certificates and awards then took place, recognizing the outstanding performance, leadership, and commitment of the ๐๐ ๐
๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ญ๐ฌ of ๐๐ ๐๐-๐๐๐๐ โ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.โ Their accomplishments served as an inspiration to the younger cadets who aspire to follow in their footsteps and continue the legacy of excellence within the unit.
Another meaningful highlight of the ceremony was the Formal Turn-Over of Newly Reservist Personnel led by ๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ ๐. ๐๐ข๐ณ๐จ๐ง ๐๐ (๐๐๐).. This significant moment emphasized that the graduates are no longer just students, but are now valuable assets to the nationโs reserve force, prepared to respond to the call of duty and serve the country whenever needed.
The ceremony concluded with pride, honor, and renewed commitment as the graduates officially stepped into a new chapter of leadership, responsibility, and patriotism. The successful conduct of the Graduation and Turn-Over Ceremony not only celebrated the accomplishments of the cadets and outgoing officers, but also welcomed the next generation of leaders who will continue to uphold the mission and vision of the COLM ROTC Unit.
