📌 Only the FIRST 10 contestants per category will be accommodated!

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
• No payment, no participation.
• Slots are on a first come, first served basis — only teams with complete requirements are guaranteed a slot.
• For registrants of Barangay Mabuhay under the Bantam and Open Divisions, only registered voters of the said barangay are allowed to play.
• For registrants of Barangay Sicsican, Bring a photocopy of a valid ID, birth certificate, or any document showing proof of residency.
• Once the final lineup is submitted, no changes in players will be allowed.
• Registration deadline: May 13, 2026.
• Official rules and guidelines will be discussed after registration.
