On their last day of work immersion, students from Palawan National School visited the Satellite City Halls and were oriented on the program’s objective of bringing government services closer to the people—an initiative under the leadership of Mayor Lucilo R. Bayron.

During the duration of their work immersion at the Office of the City Assessor, the students gained hands-on experience in basic technical tasks and field work appraisal operations, including the actual use of the Tax Mapping and Land Information System, providing them with practical exposure to real-world public service operations.

This meaningful experience helped bridge classroom learning with actual government work, preparing the students for future academic and career endeavors.

The Office of the City Assessor - Puerto Princesa invites all real property owners, barangay officials, and stakeholders to a PUBLIC CONSULTATION on the PROPOSED SCHEDULE OF MARKET VALUES (SMV) for real properties on December 18, 2025 at People’s Amphitheater (Mendoza Park). Registration starts at 9:00 am.

The Public Consultation on the Proposed Schedule of Market Values, scheduled for tomorrow, December 10, 2025 @10:00 a.m., will accommodate a limited number of in-person attendees at Feliberto Oliveros III Hall, located within the Sangguniang Panlunsod Building.
