๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ | Earlier today, the Office of the City Building Official (OCBO) of Puerto Princesa City took part in a seminar hosted by the Civil Engineering Department of the College of Engineering, Palawan State University, at the PSU College of Engineering Audio Visual Hall, with CE Laws students as participants.
Representing the office, Engr. Patrick Jay L. Nangkil (Engineer III) served as resource speaker and delivered discussions on:
