Ang 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘄𝗶𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 (𝟰𝗣𝘀) sa ilalim ng 𝗗𝗦𝗪𝗗 ay naglabas ng 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝟭𝟰G AT 14H – 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 para sa Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro.

Ang mga pamilyang kabilang sa listahan ay natukoy batay sa 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (𝗖𝗕𝗠𝗦) ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

𝗠𝗔𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗟𝗔:
Ang pagkakasama sa listahan ay 𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗜 𝗣𝗔 𝗔𝗨𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗞𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗚𝗜GI𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗣𝗜𝗦𝗬𝗔𝗥𝗬𝗢 𝗡𝗚 𝟰𝗣𝘀.

Ang mga nasa listahan ay sasailalim pa sa 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ng DSWD upang matukoy kung kwalipikado sila sa programa.

𝗠𝗚𝗔 𝗗𝗢𝗞𝗨𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗗𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗔
Para sa mga kabilang sa listahan, ihanda ang mga sumusunod:
1. 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 o katibayan ng pagsasama.
2. 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 ng lahat ng miyembro ng pamilya. Maaari ring gamitin ang baptismal certificate, tribal certification o barangay temporary live birth certificate.
3. 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗻𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗟𝗥𝗡 para sa mga batang edad 3–18 na nag-aaral. Maaari ring school card, school ID o diploma.
4. 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 para sa mga buntis at batang edad 0–5. Maaari ring vaccination card o booklet ni Nanay at Baby.
5. 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 kung may namatay na miyembro ng pamilya.
6. 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗗 𝗼 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗹𝗶𝗽 ng lahat ng miyembro ng pamilya. Maaari ring printed Digital National ID.
7. 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗪𝗗 𝗜𝗗 kung may miyembrong may kapansanan.
8. 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗗 kung naaangkop.
9. 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆
10. 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 para sa mga batang hindi magulang ang guardian.
11. 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲
12. 𝗗𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗴 (𝟮) 𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝟮×𝟮 𝗜𝗗 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 na may white background para sa mapipiling grantee.

𝗦𝗔𝗔𝗡 𝗜𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗨𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗘?
Ang mga dokumento ay dadalhin at isusumite sa 𝗶𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱𝘆𝘂𝗹 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿 𝗻𝗮 𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗱𝗮 𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆/𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸 sa inyong barangay.

Hinihikayat ang lahat ng miyembro ng pamilya na magpakita ng 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗦𝘆𝘀 𝗜𝗗 o anumang patunay ng pagpaparehistro sa National ID/PhilSys.

Ang mga pamilyang ma-validate na kwalipikado para sa registration ay kinakailangang maging rehistrado sa 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗗/𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗦𝘆𝘀 hanggang 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗲 𝟯𝟭 ng kasalukuyang taon, alinsunod sa umiiral na patakaran ng programa.

— THE MINDORO PAVILION IS OPEN —

Today, we officially opened the Philippine Pavilion at the World Island Fair Yeosu Korea 2026.

For D'Aboville Foundation (DAF), it is a special moment to see over a year of work around Mindoro’s biodiversity, culture, conservation and eco-cultural tourism come together in one space.

We were honored to open the pavilion together with the Puerto Galera delegation:

The pavilion also presents Mangyan cultural heritage with the support of the Mangyan Heritage Center and Ayala Foundation, alongside environmental films, photography, children's books and educational material highlighting the ecosystems and conservation challenges of Mindoro.
